Is there a free trial?
Customers can try Realify.ai free of cost for 30-days on your actual marketplace data, not a sandbox.
What counts as a SKU?
Each unique product variant across all connected channels. A shirt in three sizes and two colours is six SKUs. The same SKU sold on Shopify and Amazon counts as one SKU, not two.
Do you charge a percentage of ad spend or GMV?
No. Realify charges a flat subscription fee. We do not take a percentage of your advertising spend, sales revenue, or GMV. Your subscription price is your total Realify cost.
What happens if I exceed my plan limits?
We'll notify you before any limit is reached. You can upgrade, or we'll temporarily extend your current limits for the billing cycle at a modest overage rate. We never cut off your access mid-cycle. Talk to us for more details.
