Legal Compliance
You may not use the Services in violation of any applicable law, including: CCPA/CPRA, GDPR, applicable state privacy statutes; consumer-protection laws; U.S. export controls and OFAC sanctions; CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA; antitrust and competition laws; or the terms and API policies of any Connected Platform.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- (a) Transmit malware, viruses, or code designed to damage, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system
- (b) Gain unauthorized access to the Services, another customer's account, or any connected system
- (c) Probe or scan the Services for vulnerabilities without prior written authorization
- (d) Degrade the Services for other users
- (e) Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
AI, Automated Actions, and Data
You must not configure Automated Actions that:
- (a) Violate any law or Connected Platform policy
- (b) Execute beyond your configured guardrails
- (c) Artificially inflate sales rank, advertising performance, or review counts
- (d) Coordinate pricing or commercial behavior with other sellers
Do not attempt to manipulate, jailbreak, or adversarially prompt any AI feature, or use AI outputs to train external AI models without Realify's prior written consent.
Without prior written consent, do not process through the Services:
- Sensitive personal data categories (health, biometric, genetic, children's data)
- Social Security Numbers, government-issued ID numbers, or full payment card numbers
- Data obtained in breach of applicable law or another party's rights
Platform-Specific Rules
4.1 Amazon
Amazon Policy
Use of Realify with an Amazon-connected account must comply with the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement, SP-API Developer Agreement, Amazon Data Protection Policy, and Amazon Acceptable Use Policy.Prohibited:
- Review manipulation
- Artificial inflation of sales velocity, order metrics, or session counts
- Listing counterfeit or mislabeled products
- Account linking in violation of Amazon's multi-account policies
- Using Amazon Information for any purpose beyond providing the authorized service to yourself as the authorizing seller
Realify's obligations: Realify does not falsely advertise the Services and is transparent about AI model accuracy, limitations, and data freshness (AUP §1.2). Realify notifies Amazon at spapi-abuse@amazon.com and may suspend customer access where a customer is reasonably suspected of violating Amazon agreements (AUP §1.3). Realify notifies Amazon SP-API Solution Provider Support within 30 days of any organizational change affecting use of Amazon Information, and discloses any affiliated entities with access to Amazon Information (AUP §3.11).
4.2 Google Ads API
Google Policy
Use of Realify's Google Ads integration must comply with Google Ads API Terms of Service and Google's Advertising Policies at policies.google.com.You may not:
- (a) Scrape targeting parameters, bid status, Traffic Estimator, or Bidstream data
- (b) Purchase scraped Google Ads data from any third party
- (c) Sync Google Ads data to platforms competing with Google Ads
- (d) Circumvent Google's advertising policies, billing, or quality controls
- (e) Allow fully automated Google Ads operation without human-configured guardrails
- (f) Label live advertiser accounts as demo or test accounts
- (g) Manage third-party Google Ads accounts without their knowledge, required consent, and Google disclosures
- (h) Use Google Ads data to train external AI/ML models
By enabling this integration, you confirm you have made all Google-required disclosures to advertisers and account holders whose data is accessed through the integration. Realify cooperates with Google's policy enforcement process and may suspend a customer's Google Ads integration and report material violations to Google as required.
4.3 Meta Marketing API
Meta Policy
Use of Realify's Meta integration must comply with Meta's Developer Policies, Platform Terms, and Advertising Policies.You may not:
- (a) Sell, license, or transfer Meta Ads API data to any third party
- (b) Build Custom Audiences or Lookalike Audiences for any party other than yourself as the authorizing advertiser
- (c) Scrape auction pricing, bid landscape, or targeting parameter data
- (d) Combine Meta Ads data with other sources to profile users without lawful basis and consent
- (e) Create or distribute content violating Meta's Community Standards
- (f) Reverse engineer Meta's products, APIs, or ranking systems
- (g) Interfere with Meta's platforms or advertising systems
- (h) Use Meta Ads data to train external AI/ML models
- (i) Contact Meta users identified through the API outside the authorized advertising workflow
- (j) Retain user-level data beyond what is required or ignore Meta-originated deletion requests
By enabling this integration, you confirm you have made all Meta-required disclosures. Realify cooperates with Meta's policy enforcement process and may suspend a customer's Meta integration and report material violations to Meta as required.
4.4 Amazon Advertising API
Amazon Advertising Policy
Use of Realify's Amazon Advertising integration must comply with the Amazon Advertising API License Agreement, Amazon Program Policies, and the Amazon Data Protection Policy.You may not:
- (a) Use Amazon Advertising data to identify, target, or benchmark individual sellers or competitors, or combine Advertising API data with SP-API or other Amazon data services for cross-seller competitive intelligence without Amazon's prior written permission
- (b) Sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, or make available Amazon Advertising API materials or Program Materials to any third party
- (c) Issue any press release, public statement, blog post, case study, or marketing material referencing Amazon Advertising data or the Amazon Advertising API without Amazon's prior written consent
- (d) Combine Amazon Advertising API data with data from any other Amazon data service unless Amazon separately grants written permission
- (e) Use Amazon Advertising data for any purpose other than authorized advertising transactions on behalf of the authorizing Amazon Advertising Participant
- (f) Use Amazon Advertising data to train external AI/ML models
Realify has no authority to make or accept any offers, representations, or agreements on Amazon's behalf. Nothing in Realify's use of the Amazon Advertising API creates a partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between Realify and Amazon.
4.5 Shopify API
Shopify Policy
Use of Realify's Shopify integration must comply with Shopify's Partner Program Agreement, API Terms, and Privacy Policy.You may not:
- (a) Use the Shopify API to build, offer, or improve any product or service that competes with Shopify's Platform Services
- (b) Use Shopify Merchant or customer data for any purpose other than operating the Realify features the Merchant has activated
- (c) Use Merchant data for competitive benchmarking against other Merchants or disclose such data in a manner that could identify an individual Merchant to a competitor
- (d) Combine Shopify Personal Information with external data sources to profile Merchants or their customers beyond what is necessary for activated features
- (e) Retain Shopify Merchant data or associated customer data after the Merchant requests deletion, after Shopify requests deletion, or after Realify no longer requires the data — in all cases within 48 hours, except where a customer data export wind-down period under Terms of Service Section 11 is active, in which case retention is permitted solely for the purpose of enabling that export and only until the period expires
You, as the Merchant, are responsible for ensuring you have provided adequate privacy notices to your customers describing data collected and used through Realify, as required by Shopify's Partner Program Agreement. Realify cooperates with Shopify's policy enforcement process and may suspend a customer's Shopify integration and report material violations to Shopify as required.
API Conduct
You must not:
- (a) Make API requests at volumes degrading the Services for other customers
- (b) Create multiple API keys to circumvent rate limits
- (c) Use the Realify API to bulk-replicate Customer Data
- (d) Share API keys or Integration Credentials with unauthorized parties
Enforcement
Realify may investigate suspected violations and take proportionate action including warning, feature restriction, suspension, or termination. Where required by a Connected Platform's policies, Realify will report violations to that platform. Realify provides advance notice of enforcement action where doing so does not compromise the investigation. Realify is not liable for losses from enforcement action taken in good faith.
