This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) describes prohibited uses of the Realify Services and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. If you violate this AUP, we may suspend or terminate your access.
LEGAL COMPLIANCE
You may not use the Services in any way that violates applicable law, including data‑protection, consumer‑protection, export‑control, sanctions, intellectual‑property, or anti‑spam laws.PROHIBITED CONTENT AND CONDUCT
You may not use the Services to:
(a) Upload or transmit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or hateful content;
(b) Harass, threaten, or abuse any person;
(c) Upload malware, viruses, or other malicious code;
(d) Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems;
(e) Test or scan the vulnerability of the Services without prior written permission;
(f) Interfere with or disrupt the normal functioning of the Services;
(g) Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.DATA RESTRICTIONS
Without our prior written consent, you must not use the Services to process:
(a) Special or sensitive categories of personal data (such as health, biometric, or children’s data);
(b) Government‑issued identification numbers or full payment‑card numbers;
(c) Data obtained illegally or in breach of confidentiality obligations.
You are responsible for ensuring you have a lawful basis to process all data you upload or connect to the Services.THIRD‑PARTY PLATFORMS
If you connect Amazon, Shopify, or other third‑party platforms, you must comply with their terms and policies. You may not use the Services in a way that would cause Realify to breach those terms.SECURITY
You must keep your login credentials confidential and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access or any security issue.ENFORCEMENT
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP. We may remove content, suspend access, or terminate your account where we believe this AUP or the law has been breached.CONTACT
