We make it easy to leave clean.

Choose the platforms, submit the form, and we’ll delete your data within the published deadlines below — from 48 hours for Shopify to 30 days for most other categories. Backups are purged automatically within 90 days. You’ll receive a written deletion certificate when it’s complete.

You can request that Realify.ai delete personal data we hold about you, or data we accessed through connected platforms on your behalf. Submit the form below or email legal@realify.ai with the subject 'Data deletion request'. We acknowledge all requests and complete deletion within the deadlines shown in the table below.

Data deletion is irreversible. If you have an active Realify account, deletion will terminate your account. Some data may be retained for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.
